Ingredients
- ¾ lb lamb, thinly sliced or ground
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp each cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt
- 1 whole lemon, halved
- 4 pieces pita bread
- 1 cup total tomato, cucumber, fresh parsley (chopped)
