Ingredients
- 1.5 cans (15 oz each) canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 whole lemon (juiced)
- ½ lb ground lamb
- 1 tsp cumin
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)

Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, 3 tbsp water, salt, and garlic to a food processor.

Blend until smooth and creamy, 2 to 3 minutes, scraping down sides as needed.

Transfer hummus to a serving bowl and make a shallow well in the center.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, ~60 seconds.

Add lamb and cumin, breaking meat apart with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.

Spoon warm lamb into the well on top of hummus and scatter parsley over the top.
