Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground lamb
- ½ cup red lentils
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1.5 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ¼ cup crispy fried onions
- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Brown ground lamb in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.
