Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts (unsalted)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp dried red chili flakes
  • 2 stalks green onions

Instructions

    Slice beef against the grain into thin strips, roughly 1/4 inch thick.

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 60 seconds.

    Add beef in a single layer and cook without stirring for 90 seconds until edges brown.

    Stir and cook 60 seconds more until no pink remains, then push to the side.
