- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 green apple
- 1 yellow peach
Instructions
- 1
In a bowl, mix 1 cup sweet rice flour with 0.5 cup water until a dough forms. Knead briefly until smooth, then roll into 1-inch balls.
- 2
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the rice balls, and cook until they float to the surface, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 3
In a small pan, combine 2 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp honey. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the mixture bubbles and thickens slightly, about 2 minutes.
- 4
Add the cooked rice balls to the pan and toss to coat them evenly with the glaze. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the glaze clings to the balls.
