Ingredients
- 8 sheets fish cake sheets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 stalk green onion

Cut the 8 fish cake sheets into 1-inch wide strips. Thread each strip onto a wooden skewer, weaving back and forth so it stays secure.

In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tsp sesame oil, and 1 minced garlic clove until smooth.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the skewers with half of the glaze.

Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, until the fish cakes are lightly charred and heated through.

Brush the remaining glaze over the skewers during the last minute of grilling.

Sprinkle with 1 tsp sesame seeds and 1 sliced green onion before serving.
