Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces kalguksu noodles
- 2 stalks green onions
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

In a large pot, bring 4 cups chicken broth to a boil over high heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon soy sauce, stirring to combine.

Add 8 ounces kalguksu noodles to the boiling broth. Cook according to package directions until tender, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Slice 2 green onions thinly, separating white and green parts. Add the white parts to the pot during the last minute of cooking.

Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
