Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, ground
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can (14 oz) canned crushed tomato
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 medium green chili, chopped

Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high. Add diced onion and sauté until soft and golden, 3–4 minutes.

Stir in ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add ground lamb and break it up with a spoon, stirring until browned, 4–5 minutes.
