Ingredients

  • 3 oz dried sweet potato glass noodles (dangmyeon)
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1.5 cups cooked white rice (warm)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. 1

Boil water in a pot. Add glass noodles and cook until chewy, about 6 minutes. Drain.

  2. 2

In the same pot, whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar together. Add the cooked noodles and toss until glossy, about 1 minute.
