Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 2 cups hot water (just off boil)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 whole lime (juiced)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

    Pour hot water over hibiscus flowers in a heatproof jug or pitcher.

    Let steep for 5 minutes until the liquid turns deep crimson and flowers soften.

    Strain through a fine sieve, discarding flowers. Let cool 1 minute.

    Stir in honey and lime juice until honey dissolves completely.
