Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ⅓ cup cold butter, cubed
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup jam (any flavor)
- ½ cup heavy cream, whipped

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
