Ingredients
- 1 piece sub roll (6 to 8 inches)
- 2 oz deli ham, sliced thin
- 1.5 oz deli salami or pepperoni, sliced thin
- 2 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- ½ cup roasted red bell pepper or tomato
- 2 tbsp olive oil and red wine vinegar (2:1 ratio)

Slice the sub roll horizontally, then gently pull open the two halves without separating completely.

Layer ham, salami, and provolone on the bottom half, slightly overlapping each slice.
