Ingredients

  • ½ cup (loosely packed) fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

    Boil water in a kettle or small pot until it reaches a rolling boil, about 3–4 minutes.

    Pour hot water over mint leaves in a mug or pitcher and let steep for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.

    Strain out the mint leaves and stir in honey until dissolved.

    Pour into glasses filled with ice and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top.

    Serve immediately.
