Ingredients
- ½ cup (loosely packed) fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cups water

Boil water in a kettle or small pot until it reaches a rolling boil, about 3–4 minutes.

Pour hot water over mint leaves in a mug or pitcher and let steep for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
