Ingredients
- 8 oz dried wheat noodles
- 3 tbsp sesame paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 2 stalks green onions
- ¼ cup roasted peanuts

Cook the 8 oz noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the 3 tbsp sesame paste, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp chili oil until smooth. If too thick, add 1-2 tbsp hot water to loosen.
