Ingredients

  • 8 oz dried wheat noodles
  • 3 tbsp sesame paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • ¼ cup roasted peanuts

Instructions

  1. 1

Cook the 8 oz noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well and set aside.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the 3 tbsp sesame paste, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp chili oil until smooth. If too thick, add 1-2 tbsp hot water to loosen.

  3. 3

Thinly slice the 2 green onions and roughly chop the 0.25 cup peanuts.

  4. 4

Toss the hot noodles with the sauce until evenly coated. Top with the green onions and peanuts. Serve immediately.
