Ingredients
- ½ cup long-grain white rice
- 4 cups water
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Combine rice and water in a blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes until mixture looks milky and rice is mostly broken down.

Pour through a fine sieve into a large glass or pitcher, pressing solids with the back of a spoon to extract liquid.

Stir in condensed milk, cinnamon, and vanilla until fully combined. Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
