Ingredients

  • 16 fl oz water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 10 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • ½ lemon lemon (juiced)
  • ½ lime lime (juiced)

Instructions

    Bring 16 fl oz water to a boil in a kettle or small pot.

    Pour hot water into a mug or teapot. Add mint leaves and steep 3–4 minutes.

    Strain out mint leaves. Stir in honey until dissolved.

    Add lemon and lime juice. Stir and taste; adjust sweetness if needed.

    Serve hot, or pour over ice for iced tea.
