Homemade Vanilla Latte

Homemade Vanilla Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso shots (or 2 oz strong brewed coffee)
  • 8 fl oz whole milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

    Pour espresso into a tall mug. Add vanilla extract and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves.

    Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium until steam rises, ~2 minutes. Do not boil.

    Pour hot milk into the mug, holding back the foam with a spoon. Top with remaining foam.

    Serve immediately.
