- ⅓ cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 2 cup water
- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp agave syrup or honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- 1
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and remove from heat immediately, then let steep for 8-10 minutes until the liquid turns a deep crimson and becomes fragrant. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding the flowers.
