Ingredients
- ½ cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 2 cups water (boiling)
- 1.5 cups ice
- ½ whole lime
- 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
Instructions

Pour boiling water over dried hibiscus flowers in a heat-safe pitcher.

Steep for 3 minutes until the liquid turns deep crimson and smells floral.

Strain out the flowers and discard. Let the tea cool slightly, ~2 minutes.

Fill 2 glasses with ice. Pour warm hibiscus tea over the ice.

Stir in honey until dissolved. Squeeze lime juice over the top.
