Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh ricotta or fromage blanc
  • 1 whole shallot, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh chives, parsley, tarragon, and chervil (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
  • ½ tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 loaf crusty bread or crackers

Instructions

    Combine ricotta, minced shallot, crème fraîche, and white wine vinegar in a bowl.

    Whisk until the mixture is light, fluffy, and completely smooth, about 2 minutes.

    Fold in the chopped herbs, reserving a small pinch for garnish.
