Ingredients

  • 8 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Add feta cheese and cream cheese to a food processor.

    Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and half the fresh herbs.

    Pulse until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

    Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in remaining fresh herbs.

    Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

    Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving with vegetables, crackers, or pita.
