- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 pieces bone-in pork chops, 1.5-inch thick
- 1 tbsp olive oil for searing
- 2 wedges lemon wedges
