Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt, full-fat
- ½ cup fresh dill, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup fresh mint, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Add yogurt, dill, mint, and garlic to a food processor or blender.

Pulse until the herbs are finely distributed and the yogurt is light and fluffy, 30–45 seconds.

Transfer to a serving bowl and create a shallow well in the center with the back of a spoon.

Drizzle olive oil into the well, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
