  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat)
  • ½ cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh dill (or parsley), finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced into rounds
  • 1 tsp za'atar spice mix

Instructions
