Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- 3 tbsp harissa
- ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup white rice

Start rice in a pot with 2 cups salted water; bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.

Mix ground beef with 2 tbsp harissa and a pinch of salt, then roll into 8–10 balls.

Place meatballs on a sheet pan and bake at 400°F until cooked through, about 12 minutes.
