Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp harissa paste
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1 whole lemon (juiced + wedges for serving)
- 4 piece warm flatbread or pita

Pat lamb dry. Toss with harissa, garlic, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until coated.
