Ingredients
- 3 tbsp harissa paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 fillets (6 oz each) white fish fillets (cod, halibut, or sea bass)
- 8 oz carrots, cut into 2-inch batons
- ½ whole lemon, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Heat oven to 425°F. Mix harissa and olive oil on a sheet pan.

Toss carrots in the harissa oil. Spread in a single layer, season with salt and pepper.

Roast carrots for 8 minutes until they start to soften.

Push carrots to the sides. Nestle fish fillets in the center, skin-side up.

Roast 8-10 minutes until fish flakes easily at the thickest point.
