Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas (8–10 inch)
- ½ lb deli ham, sliced thin
- ½ lb cheddar or American cheese, sliced
- 2 tbsp mustard or mayo (optional)

Lay one tortilla flat on a cutting board. Spread 1 tbsp mustard or mayo over the surface if using.

Layer half the ham slices across the tortilla, covering it evenly. Top with half the cheese slices.

Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other. Wrap in plastic wrap and set aside.

Repeat steps 1–3 with the second tortilla and remaining ham and cheese.
