Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups fresh parsley (loosely packed)
  • ½ cup fresh dill
  • ½ cup fresh chives
  • 2 tbsp fresh tarragon (or oregano if unavailable)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 whole hard-boiled eggs (optional, for serving)

Instructions

    Rinse all herbs and pat dry. Roughly chop parsley, dill, chives, and tarragon.

    Add yogurt, vinegar, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Whisk to combine.

    Fold in the chopped herbs until evenly distributed; do not blend.
