- 1.5 cups fresh parsley (loosely packed)
- ½ cup fresh dill
- ½ cup fresh chives
- 2 tbsp fresh tarragon (or oregano if unavailable)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 whole hard-boiled eggs (optional, for serving)
