Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pork shoulder or butt, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
  • 4 oz fresh pork sausages (link)
  • ½ medium onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1.5 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Heat a grill to high or get coals very hot. Pat pork dry with paper towels.

    Toss pork cubes with paprika, pepper, and 2 tbsp olive oil. Season generously with salt.

    Thread pork cubes and onion chunks alternately onto 4 soaked wooden skewers.

    Rub sausages with remaining 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt.

    Grill skewers and sausages 12–15 minutes, turning every 3 minutes until meat is cooked through and charred at edges.

    Slide off skewers onto a plate. Serve hot with sausages alongside.
