- 1 lb pork intestines
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 8 bamboo skewers

Clean the 1 lb pork intestines thoroughly under cold water, then soak in 0.25 cup vinegar and 1 tsp salt for 10 minutes to remove any odor. Rinse well and pat dry.

Cut the intestines into 2-inch lengths. Thread 4-5 pieces onto each of the 8 bamboo skewers, pushing them snugly together.
