Ingredients

  • 2 whole pork chops
  • 2 whole bell peppers
  • 1 whole onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

Season the 2 pork chops with 0.5 tsp salt and 0.25 tsp black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the 2 sliced bell peppers and 1 sliced onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and lightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

Return the pork chops to the skillet with the vegetables. Cook for 1-2 minutes to warm through, then serve hot.
