Ingredients
- 3 whole peaches, halved and pitted
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 3 cups arugula
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh basil, torn

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high until very hot, about 2 minutes.

Brush peach halves lightly with olive oil. Grill cut-side down 3 minutes until caramelized and striped.
