Ingredients
- 4 links (about 1 lb) loukaniko (Greek pork sausages)
- 2 chops (about 1 inch thick) pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 2 whole bell peppers (red or yellow)
- ½ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 whole orange (for zest + juice)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 0 salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1
Zest the orange into a small bowl, then juice it. Halve the peppers lengthwise and remove seeds. Pat pork chops and sausages dry with paper towels.
- 2
Stuff each pepper half with a pinch of feta. Brush peppers, sausages, and pork chops with 2 tbsp olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- 3
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high until very hot. Grill sausages and pork chops 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through and edges char.
- 4
Add pepper halves cut-side down to the grill. Char 2–3 minutes until skin blisters; flip and cook 2 minutes more until tender.
- 5
Transfer all to a platter. Drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and orange juice. Scatter orange zest and extra feta over the top.
- 6
