- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh corn silk
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ½ lime fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- 1
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Remove corn husks and silk. Pat corn dry with paper towels.

Mix softened butter with salt, pepper, cilantro, and lime juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
- 3
Lightly oil the grill grates. Place corn directly on the grill perpendicular to the grates.

Grill for 12-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes to char evenly on all sides. Corn is done when kernels are tender and have light char marks.
