Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
