Ingredients
- ⅓ cup yellow aji pepper or jarred aji paste
- 1 whole lime
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 lb beef sirloin or chuck, cubed
- ½ lb roasted pork (from deli or rotisserie)

Blend aji pepper (or paste), lime juice, garlic, cumin, and 2 tbsp oil until smooth. Set aside half as dipping sauce.

Toss beef cubes and pork chunks with the remaining aji marinade until fully coated.

Thread beef and pork alternately onto 8 skewers, leaving 1/2-inch gaps between pieces.
