Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ lb octopus, cleaned
- 12 leaves fresh betel leaves
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 whole lime
- 1 whole Thai chili
Instructions

Mix ground beef with 1 tbsp fish sauce and a pinch of salt until just combined.

Divide beef into 12 small portions. Place each on a betel leaf, roll tightly, and secure with a toothpick.

Heat grill to medium-high. Pat octopus dry and brush lightly with oil. Grill betel rolls and octopus 3-4 min per side until charred.

Stir remaining fish sauce, lime juice, and sliced chili in a small bowl for dipping sauce.
