Ingredients

  • 1 cup, packed fresh basil
  • ¾ cup, packed fresh parsley
  • 1 whole (juiced) lemon
  • 1 clove, minced garlic
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

    Add basil, parsley, lemon juice, and minced garlic to a blender.

    Pour in olive oil and water. Blend until smooth and bright green.

    Taste and adjust with salt and pepper. Thin with more water if needed.

    Transfer to a bowl or jar. Use immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days.
