Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach, loosely packed
- 1 medium frozen banana, sliced
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or almond milk)
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
