Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons raw honey
  • ¼ cup raw walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup raw almonds, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
  • 3 whole dried figs, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch fleur de sel or sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1

Divide 2 cups of full-fat Greek yogurt evenly between two serving bowls, creating a small well in the center of each with the back of a spoon.

  2. 2

Drizzle 1.5 tablespoons of raw honey into the well of each bowl — let it pool slightly on the surface rather than stirring it in completely, so you get honey in every spoonful.

  3. 3

Scatter 0.25 cup of chopped raw walnuts and 0.25 cup of chopped raw almonds across the top, then sprinkle 1 tablespoon of raw sunflower seeds on each bowl.

  4. 4

Chop 3 dried figs into small pieces and distribute them evenly between the two bowls — their chewy sweetness contrasts beautifully with the tangy yogurt.

  5. 5

Dust each bowl lightly with 0.125 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and finish with a single small pinch of fleur de sel or sea salt on each — this salt brightens the honey's sweetness and brings out the depth of the nuts.

  6. 6

Serve immediately while the nuts are still crisp and the yogurt is cold. Eat with a spoon, mixing the honey, nuts, and yogurt together as you go.
