Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tsp dried oregano
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ½ whole lemon (juiced)
- 2 whole pita bread
- ¾ cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup tomato, cucumber, and red onion (diced)

Cut chicken thighs into 1-inch bite-sized pieces. Pat dry with paper towels.

Mix oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Heat olive oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, ~90 seconds.

Add chicken and seasoning blend. Cook, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through, ~8 minutes.
