Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ medium onion, finely minced
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 whole egg
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 whole garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 2 whole lemon wedges

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced onion, mint, parsley, oregano, cumin, breadcrumbs, egg, feta cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Mix gently with your hands until just combined—avoid overworking the mixture.

Shape into 16 meatballs (about 1.5 inches each).

Heat olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.

Working in batches if needed, add meatballs and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 160°F).

Transfer to a serving platter and let rest for 2 minutes.
