Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup Grape Nuts cereal
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. 1

Pour 2 cups whole milk and 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk into a medium mixing bowl.

  2. 2

Add 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract and 0.125 teaspoon salt to the milk mixture.

  3. 3

Whisk the milk, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt together until completely smooth and uniform, about 30 seconds.

  4. 4

Pour 0.75 cup Grape Nuts cereal into the milk mixture.

  5. 5

Stir the cereal and milk together with a spoon until the Grape Nuts are evenly distributed and slightly softened, about 1 minute.

  6. 6

Divide the pudding evenly among four bowls or dessert cups.

  7. 7

Refrigerate for at least 5 minutes before serving so the Grape Nuts absorb some liquid and the pudding sets slightly.
