Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh lump crab meat, drained
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1.5 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 1 whole large egg

Instructions

    Mix crab, mayo, egg, 0.5 cup breadcrumbs, and Old Bay in a bowl until just combined.

    Form into 8 cakes, each about 2 inches wide. Roll each in remaining breadcrumbs.
