Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
- 2 whole scallion, chopped

Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente, ~9 minutes. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.

While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, ~1 minute.

Add minced garlic to butter and cook until fragrant, ~45 seconds.

Stir gochujang into the skillet until smooth, breaking up any lumps.

Add drained pasta to the skillet with 3/4 cup reserved pasta water.

Toss constantly for 2 minutes until sauce coats noodles and thickens slightly.
