Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 whole scallions, sliced thin

Instructions

    Whisk gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl until smooth.

    Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

    Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet in a single layer.

    Cook without moving for 5 minutes until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook another 4 minutes.

    Pour the gochujang glaze over the chicken and toss to coat evenly, cooking for 2 minutes until glossy.
