Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- ½ lb ground beef
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 2 whole eggs
- ¾ cup kimchi, roughly chopped
- ½ cup pickled onions
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Heat 1 tbsp neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 1 minute.

Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until no pink remains, about 5 minutes.

Stir in gochujang and 1 tbsp soy sauce until the beef is coated and fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Divide warm rice between two bowls. Top each with seasoned beef, kimchi, and pickled onions.

Wipe the skillet clean. Add 1 tsp sesame oil over medium heat and crack both eggs into the pan.
