Ingredients
- 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 12 oz chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 whole green onions, sliced

Divide cooked rice between two bowls.
