Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp, grated fresh ginger
  • ½ cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1.5 cups water, cold
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

    Grate fresh ginger into a tall glass or pitcher.

    Add lemon juice, honey, and cold water to the glass.

    Stir well until honey dissolves and ginger is evenly distributed.
